Refunds/Cancellations & Transfers

1.    If for some reason you need to cancel your BHBH registration, we will allow you to cancel through Noon on April 6, 2012.  Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following information:

• Participant First & Last Name
• Billing address
• Last four numbers of the credit card that you used to register for the event (*Note, if your credit card has expired since you first registered we will not be able to refund your money on your credit card…please call our office at (734) 213-1033 to make necessary arrangements.*)
•  Date registered

2.    If you want to transfer your entry to a different race distance, you may switch races through Noon on April 6, 2012.  If you want to transfer to a race which requires a refund (for example, the 5K to the 1-Mile) please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. • Billing Address

3.    If you want to transfer from the 1-Mile up to the 10K or 5K you will need to call our office (734) 213-1033 and provide a credit card number over the phone to cover the difference in price.  Please call our office (734) 213-1033 to make this adjustment as our system does not store your credit card information for us to apply additional charges.

• Also, note that transfers will be allowed at the NuStep Health & Wellness Expo/packet pick-up.  Pick-up your current assigned packet and then stop by the “trouble desk” to make necessary adjustments.
